Here are few tips to enter into more healthy and soulful eating habits (i'm trying to do it also) :
1. DON'T you ever let yourself from munching food while standing up. Have a proper sit down and focus your attention more on eating. simple isn't it??

2. Do not gobble up food as if there’s no tomorrow. Take some time to relish your food. Control your ravenous desire.
3. Make a habit of eating with your family and friends together. Don’t watch television while eating. Turn off the television and do not talk over the phone while you eat. One at a time ok.
4. Remember this well, while eating, use your brain not your emotion. LOL
5. Try play mind game with your brain, rate your hunger from 1-10, 1 i'm very hungry and 10 is I'm stuffed, if your rating is around 6-7 meaning that your are quiet full, so no need to eat, but if it is 1 or 2 you should eat. trick your brain.
6.healthy eating habit should be parallel with good physique habit. everything must have balance
7. Go for foods that contain more water and fewer calories, for example fruits and salads
P/S : Eating should be a meditative experience. Let it be a prayer and you will start the rising of a new consciousness in you”.
